Please note that I, Ashley Alexiss, am not responsible for any misspelled addresses. I am also not responsible if the package does not arrive to the destination where you are currently at. It is your responsibility to type in the correct address at which you currently reside. I am not responsible for changed addresses.

If your package is returned due to a mistake of address, I will reach out to you via the email provided from your order and there will be a $10 fee [domestic] & a $15 fee [International] to have it reshipped to where you are. (You may choose to have it expedited for an extra fee.) 

If you do not reply within 14 days, I will make one last attempt to reach you. No refunds of any matter will be made as stated from the first time you ordered your product. Thank you for understanding & I hope that this doesn't happen and you can enjoy your personalized and autographed products :)
